Restaurant Equipment Lease

To buy or not to buy, that is the question. Many companies offer restaurant equipment leasing, saving new restaurants precious start up capital. However, leased equipment can cost more than new or used pieces over time. What do you think? Are restaurant equipment leases a good idea?
