Hi Lorri,

This comment is about the “How to write a restaurant menu ” Your article helped my restaurant soooo much! thank you very much. When we started our restaurant we had a mess-of-a menu :) , we looked around our town, the internet, read several articles, comments,..etc.
We had comments posted from a question I posted on a different blog, it amazes me how other restaurant owners are willing to help! this humbled me. We got advise from posting a freeway sign to an A-frame sign, but I think one of the best advise I received was to request samples of a mini menu from this website http://www.TheMiniMenu.com I tell you this type of menu has worked for us, our customers comment about them, they keep them at their office and call in orders, ( I know because I have our staff ask) I give these out at food shows, fairs…every where!
I wanted to pass our success forward!
Again, Lorri…thank you for your articles.
