Hi Lori. I am designing a restaurant and found your web site so I am going to use your advice as I put together my concept. I plan to take a year or so to put it all together. I was in the hospitality industry for many years and although I have been away from the industry I still have the passion for it. I’ve already copied some of your advice and can tell you that I agree with so many things you say about the industry. I hope to set up a limited partnership to finance the restaurant.
