One of my favorite sites at About.com is Gourmet Food. Not because I love to cook, but because I like to read about gourmet recipes and catch up on the national restaurant buzz from a customer perspective. Brett Moore, Guide to Gourmet Food, posted this article about Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chefs of 2010. He also provided links to the restaurants where the chefs work. It's always interesting see which types of restaurants receive nationl acclaim for their menus. This year's winners included good eats of wide manner, from upscale eat-in establishments to food truck businesses.
