Dear Restauranting Guide,
I want to open a new restaurant, but I'm not sure how to get started. I really like to cook. I've been a stay-at-home mom for the past 15 years and have never worked in a restaurant. But I have helped out with lots of big dinners for my church and kids sports events. I know how to cook a lot of food for a lot of people at the same time. One of my friends suggested I start a catering business, instead. That's kind of the same thing, right?
