Guide Review - Waring Commerical Immersion Blender
My husband/business partner swears by this blender. He uses it to make all sorts of daily soups and sauces. Along with being simple to use (just stick it in sauce pot and let 'er go!) it is a lot easier to clean up than food processor or traditional blender. The pieces come apart easily. The long cord also allows for soups and such to be blended right on the stove top. So no more lifting heavy pots from stove to counter and back.

The only big drawback for the Waring Commercial Immersion Blender is that it is awkward to store. There are no loops or hooks or holes from which to hang it. Nor a stand to rest it on. So in smaller restaurant kitchens (like ours) is hard to find a place to keep it out of the way when not in use. It is also a little on the heavy side, but not so much that most restaurant cooks can't handle it.
