Guide to Creating an Effective Restaurant Menu

No clip art. I hate it. Gordon Ramsay hates it. It has no place in a professional restaurant menu. Instead, take your own photos of menu items. Place dinner plates in the middle of a table and stand on a chair to get a good angle. Pick dishes that are tempting, such as steak, lobster, fresh green salads or decadent desserts.
